Use this RH pattern to make yourself this Pretty Day Dress!
Based on an original pattern from 1941, this one-piece ladies’ day dress comes with a double-pointed front yoke and joins the fitted bodice at the waistline. Three button closes the neckline below the wide notched collar. Sleeves can be “bracelet length” (3/4) or short.
All sizes (busts 30″ to 50″) come in the same envelope. Also included are assembly instructions, embellishment suggestions, and the extensive historical notes you’ve come to expect from Reconstructing History.
Fabric Suggestions: printed silk, silk, rayon, faille, novelty cotton, linen, gingham, cotton voile
Notions: three buttons, 9″ zipper, optional trim for collar
